I love this line from the old Steve Miller song. July is here, and time continues her march at an incredible pace whether we are having fun or not. July is the reminder, we are more than halfway through the year!

According to NC Child, North Carolina public school funding has decreased by $500 million dollars over the last six years while school enrollment has increased by 48,000.
