Throughout her career, Tricia has led both long- and short-term strategic planning efforts and played a key role in cultivating eight-figure donors. Her expertise spans capital campaign planning and execution, as well as supporting annual and special campaigns.

A Kentucky native, Tricia earned her undergraduate degree from the University of Richmond before completing her MBA at Babson College. She launched her fundraising career at CCS Fundraising in New York City, laying the foundation for her passion for philanthropy and strategic impact.
