As co-founder and CEO of TheGifted Arts, Nicholé leads a nonprofit at the intersection of arts, equity, and youth development. The organization provides culturally responsive artistic experiences that transform lives and break down systemic barriers. Since its inception, TheGifted Arts has grown from a grassroots initiative to a thriving program that serves hundreds of students and families each year.
Nicholé holds degrees from Hampton University and Lesley University, along with a Nonprofit Management Certification from the NC Center for Nonprofits Institute. A Goodmon Fellow through Leadership Triangle, she brings over 15 years of experience in nonprofit leadership, youth advocacy, and organizational strategy to her role as a Strategic Advisor with Armstrong McGuire.
Beyond her professional life, Nicholé is a proud mom of two energetic children, navigating the adventures of primary school with her life partner, CJ.
