David Middleton is a seasoned leader with over 30 years of experience guiding both corporate and nonprofit organizations. Led by four core values – human dignity, responsible intellectual freedom, curious faith, and wit-led wisdom, David has a proven track record of success in staff and board development, strategic planning, organizational growth, and interim management.

David has served as an executive leader in both for profit and nonprofit organizations, including CEO of a regional shared workspace company, CMO of a renowned public relations firm, EVP of an international network, and interim executive of social service and medical nonprofits. He is known for his leadership in strategic planning for both large and small organizations, spearheading rebranding, initiating growth opportunities, and facilitating executive transitions.

David and his spouse, Mary Dalton, live in Jamestown, North Carolina. He and Mary both are proud alumni of Wake Forest University and have four grown children.
