It’s all about shifting to a more positive mindset, and that takes practice!

About the Program

The Positive Intelligence Pod Program is designed to help you develop mental fitness through a supportive and engaging journey.

  • Mon. September 29 - Mon. November 17 at 10:00 and noon

This includes the full program, the small group Pod experience, and an optional 30-minute one-on-one coaching session with Katie during the 8 weeks. Limited full and partial scholarships are available.
